Providing assistance to Chesterfield’s first responders and their families since 2009

We Are The Chesterfield Professional Firefighters Charitable foundation

We are a IRS approved 501c3 organization that was established in 2009 after the deaths of two of our members made it evident that there was no way to provide assistance to our members or their families in a time of need. The foundation was started with the assistance of the Chesterfield Professional Firefighters Association Local 2803. The foundation has a Executive board that is independent of Local 2803.

The foundation is able to provide assistance to current employees or retirees of Chesterfield Fire & EMS uniformed and civilian, active volunteers with any of the volunteer fire or rescue squads in the county, or employees or retirees of the Chesterfield Emergency Communications Center.

The foundation is able to provide financial support to an eligible person due to a catastrophic event, significant illness, injury or death of a covered person or their immediate family member.

“Chesterfield Professional Firefighters Charitable Foundation,

I want to apologize for not sending these thank you cards sooner. I have been so busy! Both my son and I thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have helped us with. It will be something that I will never forget. It has helped us tremendously. Thank you.”
