Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the festival located?

The festival will be held on the grounds of “Historic Malvern Farm” 610 Huguenot Trail, Powhatan, VA 23139.  Just off Rt. 288 and Rt. 711.

What time is the festival?

The gates open at 11:00am and ends at 6:00pm.

Can I bring my own food or drink/cooler?

No outside food or drink is permitted.

Are Children allowed?

Yes children under 12 are free.  For those between the ages of 13 and 20 a $10.00 non-taster ticket is required ($15.00 at the gate).

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals will be permitted inside the festival grounds.

How do I get tickets?

Tickets will go on sale August 1, 2016 and will be available on this site.  Tickets will be available at the gate but we will limit the festival to 5,000 attendees.  Don’t wait get your tickets early!

Are the tickets refundable?

No.  All sales are final.

What if it rains?

The event will be held rain or shine.

How much are tickets?

Tickets will be $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the gate.  Children over 12 and non-taster tickets are $10.00 in advance and $15.00 at the gate?

What should I bring?

Several items to bring that may make your day more enjoyable are: folding chair or blanket, sunscreen and a hat.


 We need volunteers for the Vino Inferno. Volunteer to help for 4 hours at the event and receive a pass for the remainder of the festival.
