Firehouse Kitchen Classic – Rules
BANGERS & dinks opens at 09:00 am for warmup.
Pool play starts 10:00 am.
All teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games in pool play.
The tournament will have 2 brackets. Civilians and First Responders.
Registration is $60.00 + $5.00 admin fee per person.
Door prizes will be awarded.

When will the Firehouse Kitchen Classic be Held?
The Date is Sunday October 13, 2024. Registration and sign-in will be 07:30 to 8:45 am the day of the event.
What time does play start?
Warmup will start at 9:00am. Pool play begins at 10:00am
What if it rains?
The Firehouse Kitchen Classic will be held rain or shine.
What should I bring?
All players should bring your paddle, appropriate footware, eye protection is optional.
Will there be food?
Yes. Lunch is included for registered shooters. Lunch will start at noon. The menu will be decided by King’s Korner Catering.
How are teams paired?
Teams can be mens doubles, womens doubles or mixed doubles.
How can I register?
All registration is on-line using the link at the top of this page.
Registrations will be accepted the day of the event until 9am only if space is available.
What are the two brackets?
There will be two brackets for this tournament:
The Civilian bracket is for non-public safety and will use the DUPR rating system
The Public Safety bracket will be self declared Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.
What are the prizes?
The top finishers in each bracket will receive a reward or trophy. There will not be cash prizes.
Is the Firehouse Kitchen Classic open to the public?
Yes. Everyone is welcome and we encourage participants to bring friends and family for a day of fun.
Will there be door prizes?
Each participant will receive a gift bag. The contents of the bag will depend on the donations we receive from our sponsors.
Do I need a team to play?
No, but if you are playing with a partner the partner must be registered. Individuals will be paired to make teams.
Are the Firehouse Kitchen Classic and any other events connected?
No. Each of our events are separate and tickets/registration for each are sold separately.
